The Heart Behind NaviCare
“Healthcare isn’t just clinical —
it is deeply intertwined with who we are.”

With years of acute care experience, she has stood with families through life-changing diagnoses, supported caregivers in moments of uncertainty, and seen the breakthroughs when intuition caught what others missed. She believes that while fear and exhaustion are part of the journey, clarity, empowerment, and hope can be part of it too — and her work is about guiding clients through both with compassion and strength.
Through NaviCare, she offers what she once needed most — the kind of connection that heals, a steady presence, and a glimmer of light in the complexity of healthcare.
A childhood cancer survivor turned registered nurse, Zhane’s early health journey taught her what it feels like to sit in uncertainty — to face fear and exhaustion — and to rely on the strength of those who stood beside her. That experience shaped a lifelong lesson: healthcare isn’t just clinical, it’s emotional, personal, and deeply human. Those truths led her into nursing, and later, to founding NaviCare.
