Welcome to NaviCare, a patient advocacy and nurse consulting service operated by NaviCare, PLLC. By using our website or services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services Provided

NaviCare offers personalized health advocacy, diagnostic navigation, and care coordination. We do not diagnose, prescribe, or replace the advice of your licensed medical providers.

All consulting and advocacy support is educational, strategic, and individualized. Service agreements may vary based on client needs and will be defined in writing prior to the start of work.

2. No Medical Advice

While services are provided by a licensed Registered Nurse, NaviCare does not offer medical diagnosis, treatment plans, or emergency care. You should always consult your medical provider for clinical decisions.

3. Client Responsibility

You are responsible for sharing accurate and complete information to help us best support your care journey. You agree not to use this website or service for unlawful, harmful, or misleading purposes.

4. Payment Terms

All services require an upfront retainer, with usage deducted by the hour. Ongoing work is subject to the terms outlined in your signed agreement.

 

5. Limitation of Liability

While we aim to provide helpful and compassionate support, NaviCare is not liable for outcomes beyond the scope of our advocacy role.
